Development plans for Punggol 21 Plus

Summary

Development for Punggol 21 were unvealed in 1996, but developments were impeded by the 1997 Asian financial crisis. In 2007, the plans were reignited and renamed Punggol 21 Plus with plans to turn Punggol into a Waterfront Town of the 21st Century.
